On Sept 30 2023 I placed an order for 2/with egg rolls and soup. I was very disappointed in the meal. My egg foo young was burnt and the rest of the meal wasn't any better. I order from your restaurant all the time and was never that disappointed in a meal as the one I ordered tonight. I will never order from you again. That was 60.00$ meal that I could not eat.

Not happy. Placed an order tonight Dec 31, received confirmation via email, went to pickup order. They could not find it. First time we have ordered from you. Last time as well

Am first time client, ordered chow mein with veg..very salty & had chicken in, shrimp and pea pods - full of other veg, very salty. Egg roll batter like a thick slice of bread.. hot and spicy soup so thick almost forkable. Not good. Thankful was not feeding company. Waste of my persion, Very disappointed - reviews were good.

Put in an order at 5:21, had to call them at 7:00(!) to ask where my order is. Was told it's too busy so they didn't start on my order ($120.00 worth of food btw). I asked if it would have been to hard for them to just call and tell me how long the wait was going to be and again they told me it was just to busy. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand long wait times, but to not even call and inform a customer? Then I was told if I still wanted my order it would still be a very long wait. I will NEVER order from this business again.

It is impossible to order online. This is the 3rd time I have tried unsuccessfully. States that my “zip code” is invalid. This is Canada!

I was really disappointed with the last delivery I received. First off, the driver DEMANDED a tip! Very rude about it too. Then to top it off, the food wasn't as good as usual. Not particularly hot and frankly it seemed old. They have to do better than this if they expect more of my business or any referrals!!!

I have tried all other chinese food restaurants in NE Edmonton and Elegant Court has, by far, the best food. Portions are large and have good flavour.

We weren't sure what to expect when we came in as we were hoping for a buffet. There was no one in the restaurant, but the lady asked us to please try the food. We did and we ordered the Singapore noodles, beef and broccoli, ginger beef and fried rice. They asked if we liked spicy and so they added some spice to our dishes. The food came out hot, fresh and fast and it was absolutely delishious! We ended up ordering a bit extra to take home for supper! She was very polite. We will definitely order from here again.
